Second Life Blog Our blogs and forums are currently in read-only mode, pending the launch of our new Community Platform.
Residents attempting to access the locked-down pages may receive a lapsed security certificate notification in their browsers.
New certificates will be installed during the course of the new platform rollout.
We’ll post any updates to the scope or schedule of the work.

Second Life Blog [RESOLVED 23 Feb 12:57PM PST] Today’s rolling restarts for BlueSteel, LeTigre and Magnum have completed.
[UPDATED 23 Feb 8:18 AM] Rolling restarts on all RC regions have begun. Please make sure to save all builds and refrain from making purchases during this time.
[POSTED 22 FEB 2011 7:30Pm PST] Starting Wednesday, Feb. 23rd at 8:00am PST, we will begin performing rolling restarts for regions on the RC BlueSteel server channel, then at 9:00am PST we will begin rolling restarts for regions on the RC LeTigre server channel, and finally at 10:00am PST we will begin rolling restarts for regions on the RC Magnum server channel. Please watch this blog for any new updates.

[REOPENED 23 Feb 2011 2:15 pm PST] Unfortunately, we are again experiencing difficulty with Credit Card updating. Residents updating credit card information (not PayPal) may see errors currently. We recommend holding off on credit card payment method updates and USD transactions until the issue is resolved. We will update this post as more information becomes available.
